Walk Through Bethlehem 2007

A Walk Through Bethlehem ::
December 8, 9, 10, 2007
6 to 8:30pm each night

We need as many as 300 hundred volunteers to make this experience a memorable and meaningful event for all our neighbors who Walk through Bethlehem each year.  We need volunteers to dress up as Characters and populate our little City of Bethlehem in one of our many booths. We need booth coordinators. Also needed are volunteers to set up, tear down, help with decorating, help with wardrobe, etc.  Please stop by the Fellowship Hall each Sunday beginning Octobert 21 to see a complete list of various jobs and sign up or email Natalie Cook. Please indicate which job you are interested in doing.

Behind the Scenes Jobs:

  • Scenery Delivery – Saturday, December 1, 9am;
    (Meet at church 8:45am)
  • Scenery Set-up - Sunday, December 2, 12 Noon;
    Lunch will be provided
  • Electrical, December 3-7; during the day
  • Help Jean Yeager with Decorating, Dec 3-7;
    during the day
  • Publicity
  • Be in charge of one booth
  • Cleanup - Tuesday, December 11; during the day
  • Wardrobe Room - December 8,9 & 10
    (Fellowship Hall); Two shifts between 5 & 9pm

Characters to Populate the City of Bethlehem ::

Two shifts:

5:30pm (to get into costume) to 7pm
6:45pm (to get into costume) to 8:30pm
