Women's Retreat

Our annual Women’s Retreat will be held the weekend of January 25-27, at Cat Spring’s Retreat Center in Cat Springs, Texas near Sealy. The theme for the Retreat is “Keeping Holy Time.”

“Keeping Holy Time” is an opportunity to be with Jesus and your sisters in faith to reflect and pray, to listen and laugh, to feed your spirits and rest your souls. At this retreat we will discover ways to prioritize our busy lives, find deeper meaning in the ordinary and begin to develop a closer relationship with God."

  Our special guest speaker is Rev. Mary Tumulty. She is a deacon appointed to Praxis With Grace a ministry of teaching, training, assessment, mediation, planning and consultation. Rev. Tumulty has been in ministry for over 18 years serving on the staffs of two large churches in the areas of Christian education, hospitality, evangelism, spiritual formation, outreach and mission and pastoral care.

Returning as our guest musician is Cameron Dezen Hammon. Cameron is a wife, mother, worshipper, musician and song writer. A native of New York City, Cameron moved to Houston in the spring of 2002 and married her long time sweetheart, producer and musician Matt Hammon. Cameron and Matt are currently on staff at Grace Presbyterian Church in Houston.
