Big Change In Our Church Newspaper Subscription ::
We have received notice that UMR Communications (UMRC) who publishes and mails the United Methodist Reporter AND our weekly Church Newspaper is ceasing operations effective May 31. The final paper will be dated Friday, June 7, 2013.
This will change how many of you receive your weekly church newspaper. At this time, we will continue to offer church news to you in these ways:
1) the weekly bulletin that you may pick up in worship on Saturday night or Sunday mornings at all services;
2) you may visit the church website at www.ClearLakeMethodist.org and read all of the articles under the “news” tab, then choose “announcements”;
3) and you may subscribe to the weekly eNews that can also be found on our church website. Choose the “news” tab and then select “eNews” to subscribe.
We will be evaluating our paper subscription options and let you know how we will proceed in the coming weeks. For more information on why they are closing down, please visit www.unitedmethodistreporter.org. Please be in prayer for the 26 remaining employees who are now without a job.
