Purpose :
Affirming CLUMC is a community of Christian believers committed to loving as Jesus loved, welcoming seekers of the faith, and reaching out with caring hearts and hands to all who are in need, a new ministry is being formed under the Ministry Purpose Team.
Description :
This new CLUMC ministry, called C.A.R.E.S., will seek to Create an Atmosphere of Respect, Education, and Support for friends and families of homosexual persons. Come join a group of people seeking understanding of diversity as family and friends of homosexual persons. We welcome all who are looking for a supportive community to share feelings in a confidential setting. The C.A.R.E.S. Support Group meets on the third Monday of the month at 7pm in room 311.
