Receptionists
God has blessed us with Godly women and men who serve as Volunteer Receptionists every day (morning and afternoon) to answer all incoming calls.

Bulletin Inserts
Deadline - Wednesdays at noon for this upcoming Sunday's bulletin.
Short articles requested (Communication office)
- edited as necessary for space requirements.

All-Church E-mails
E-mail Janis Howell with any church-related information you want sent out. As a practice, we cannot give out personal e-mail addresses to anyone.

Church Newspaper (The Communicator)
Deadline - Wednesdays at noon before the next week's upoming issue.
Short articles requested (Communication office) - edited as necessary from the bottom up for space requirements (put your most important info up top).

Church Website
The church website it updated weekly on Thursdays. Please give information to the Communication office as soon as you know of your event! We prefer 3-5 business days to post new information and Wednesday at noon for regular articles.

Membership Information
Please contact Blanche Ligrani at 281-488-5111, x109 for any membership changes (for example, Name change, address change, marriage, birth, death, etc...)

What the Church Office can do for you - We are here to serve YOU!

• Answer questions about almost anything, or direct you to who can
  help you.
• Give member phone numbers only to members if regarding church business.
• Keep information updated regarding members / member's families in local hospitals.
• Assist with postage or mail-outs for church purpose teams, groups, etc.
• Scheduling of Events & Room Reservations on Church Calendar with Annette Johnson, Congregational Life Coodinator.
• Bulk mailings (250 pieces or more) - schedule with Annette Johnson.
• E-mail prayer requests to the prayer chain.
• Schedule baptisms / baptism classes.
• We have two notaries in the office that will notarize church-related documents, and some personal documents for members as requested and approved.
