About Us Clear Lake United Methodist Church is a community of Christian believers committed to loving as Jesus loved, welcoming seekers of the faith, and reaching out with caring hearts and hands to all who are in need. Our purpose is to worship God, study the Bible, grow in faith, nurture discipleship, reach out to others and serve the church and community. Our mission statement clearly summarizes out purpose: "Glorify Jesus Christ and make Disciples". We provide many opportunities for Christian fellowship and study for people of all ages. The best way to experience these opportunities is to become involved in a small group such as Sunday School class, Bible study, United Methodist Youth Fellowship or any of the other programs we offer. There is a place for everyone! We are known in the Clear Lake Community as "the Church that never closes". Besides all of our church programs, we offer many classes (from scouts to bridge to ESL) all during the week for the community and neighborhood. It has been estimated that between 5,000 to 10,000 people are in and out of our buildings from Monday through Friday each week. You are truly welcome here.

He continues to be active in mission work and the Walk to Emmaus ministry where he has served as Spiritual Director. Tony graduated from Texas Wesleyan and studied at Brite Divinity School at TCU. He plays guitar and says he attempts to sing a little.
