Maintenance
Buildings & Grounds
Responsibility:
Overall maintenance, safety, and organization of the church buildings
and grounds.
Insures
that the church buildings and grounds are in proper condition to allow
the Church staff, membership, and guests to carry out the scheduled
programs and events that fulfills the mission of the church to "Glorify
Jesus Christ and Make Disciples". The
Facilities Manager works directly with the Board of Trustees.
Reporting
maintenance issues Monday through Friday
1. Call Chris Proctor at 281-488-5111, x142 or
2. Complete a Work
Order Form and place it in the
wall pocket outside Room 307... or
3. Send an email to the Board
of Trustees.
Reporting
maintenance issues on Saturday and Sunday: Any problem that may arise
on Saturday or Sunday (A/C is not working, water leak, plumbing) should
be reported to the Board
of Trustees.
